MY EXPERIENCE
20 Years in Commercial Real Estate Valuation
KIM EILERMAN LEE, MAI
I started my appraisal career with Ohio Real Estate Consultants, Inc. in February 2001. While there, I rose from trainee to vice president, gaining invaluable experience in the valuation of a broad range of commercial categories throughout Ohio. In September 2018, I joined BBG, Inc. to serve as Director and establish the Ohio office. In this role, I was responsible for client development, real estate valuation across all commercial categories in Ohio and surrounding states, with a specialization in affordable housing and multifamily valuation.
I created ELV in October 2020 to better serve my clients on a more personal level, utilizing my extensive knowledge and expertise honed over my 20 year career in commercial real estate appraisal. Understanding the importance of credible results in the fast-paced environment in which we live, I strive to provide a detailed and expert analysis of each property and market I'm engaged to appraise, so that you, the client, will be confident in your decisions.
